MixxedFit® is an all fitness-level-friendly dance fitness session that focuses on strength, mobility, and elevating your mood and mindset! It combines dance movements with explosive bodyweight toning.

TRY ZUMBA CLASS WITH COACH TIFFANI
Zumba is an aerobic exercise class that combines Latin and African dance moves with interval exercise, resulting in a fun way to sweat and get the heart pumping. Get your towel and water bottle ready, and let’s dance!

FLEXIBILITY, MOBILITY, & RECOVERY CLASSES
TRY YOGA & MOBILITY FLOW WITH COACH JO
Mobility Flow is a class designed to get your body back to moving freely. We focus mainly on mobility & actively moving through ranges of motion. This class is for you if you feel tight or have aches in pains after sitting, driving or going about your life and exercise routine.
Fitness level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
TRY PILATES AND BARRE WITH COACH VAL
Pilates is a core-focused workout that enhances posture and flexibility all while leaning out the muscles. Barre is a fusion of ballet, pilates, and yoga. It aims to lengthen, strengthen and lean out the muscles, enhancing posture, muscular stamina, and flexibility. You can expect holds, pulses, and building on a ballet foundation. All levels are welcome and minimal to no equipment is required. **Mat or soft surface required for floor work

HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING CLASSES
Bootcamp is a mixture of calisthenics, plyometrics, resistance training, and high-intensity cardiovascular exercise meant to challenge the muscles, and keep the body guessing! Modifications will be made so that every fitness level can dive right in! Plan to have some resistance bands or dumbbells on hand. Bring some water, a towel, and a CAN-DO positive attitude!

STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES
TRY BODYWEIGHT BASICS WITH COACH JO
Body Weight Basics is a full-body strength training class that can be done at home with minimal equipment. The focus of this class is to improve at the foundational bodyweight lifts to gain muscle, strength, and body awareness among many other benefits! We do variations of squats, lunges, deadlifts, push-ups, rows, and much more to optimize your at-home routine with quick and fun workouts.
Fitness level: Beginner
TRY FUNCTIONAL FITNESS WITH COACH KAY
Get ready for all things functional! This class is designed to focus on functional strength training with movement patterns that will be beneficial to your daily life. We will focus on technique and ensuring that each exercise is done correctly. This class can be done at home with dumbbells or kettlebells and resistance bands. All fitness levels can participate. Be ready to get fit and have fun!
